In BIAN, we understand the unique value of simplicity in doing business; from the understanding of the real issues and challenges, passing to the debate of the alternative ideas and solutions, to ultimately, achieve the excellence in executing to deliver superior results.

The pursuit of simplicity (or focus on what truly matters) is not a new concept in business, although the lack of focus is usually the major challenge between our clients and their success.

The rush to solve urgent of tactical tasks or corporate programs uses to overrule the focus of resources in strategic battles critical to winning in the long run.

Simplicity is not always easy. Indeed achieving it is usually very complex.

Our Network

BIAN process to form the advisory team to serve a client is straightforward and starts with the lead advisor (client-trusted advisor) understanding of the client needs. The lead advisor then evaluate the challenge and build up a summary of the client’s case indicating the combination of expertise needed to face it.

The BIAN core will then recommend a set of advisors options from its network to team up considering not only the expertise needed but more importantly, the similitude of the challenge with the cases lived by the advisors along their career (industries, geographies, as well as the proven capabilities to mitigate missteps and maximize the project success chances).

Finalizing the process, an advisory team is formed under the decision and orchestration of the lead advisor to build and negotiate a proposal with the client. The final proposal is the harmonic combination of the individual proposals of each advisor respecting their independence on estimating timing and costs to support the customer in the task.

In the case of agreement, the lead advisor will manage the advisory team along the process to solve the client’s challenge.
